Amazing experience. My car had a soaked floorboard and the mechanic shop recommended I replace all the carpeting. Instead, I called Dero who was able to quickly come by and give me a quote. The work took place as scheduled and everything turned out great. Dero really put in the extra effort. He even came by the next week for a touch up. A super job. I cannot recommend Dero and Black Horse enough.

Dero did a really terrific job! His service was great, attention to detail impeccable and he was able to come next day for a detail. He was self sufficient, brought everything with him and cleaned up after himself before he left. He even parked the car back in the garage when he was finished! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone in the Sherman Oaks area.

I can’t recommend Black Horse Auto Detail enough!! I’ve had my car for about 8 months and have never had her detailed / had the inside cleaned and I swear after Dero was done - my car looked better than the day i brought her home! My experience with Black Horse Auto Detail was nothing short of amazing! Dero was great! I had an appointment set to get my car detailed while I was at the office He arrived on time, was prepared and so polite. He did an excellent job on my filthy car... I am not proud to admit that but must point it out because my car now looks and smells brand new ! just like when I first took it off the dealership lot. Dero, the owner of Black Horse Auto Detailing Spa is amazing. I have a difficult car to clean because it’ attract dirt because I take it off roading & only expect it to be dirty. I only wanted the inside cleaned. But Dero went above & beyond & washed the outside without accepting my additional pay. Who does that!!? Only a person that is heaven sent.
